- Accumulator
- A single bet that links multiple selections; all must win for the bet to pay out.
- Asian Handicap
- A handicap given to a team to eliminate the draw outcome, making both sides have close to 50% chance.
- Bankroll
- The total amount of money set aside for placing bets.
- Bet Builder
- A tool that allows you to combine multiple markets from the same match into a single bet.
- BTTS
- A bet on whether both teams will score at least one goal during the match.
- Cash Out
- A feature that lets you settle a bet before the event ends, locking in a profit or limiting a loss.
- Correct Score
- A bet predicting the exact final score of a match.
- Double Chance
- A bet that covers two of the three possible match outcomes (win, draw, loss) in a single selection.
- Draw No Bet
- A bet that refunds your stake if the match ends in a draw, otherwise you win on the winning team.
- Edge
- The perceived advantage a bettor has over the bookmaker’s odds in a particular market.
- First Goal Scorer
- A bet on which player will score the first goal in the match.
- Free Bet
- A bet credited to your account that you can use without risking your own money, winnings usually returned without the stake.
- Half-Time/Full-Time
- A bet that combines the result at half-time and the result at full-time in one wager.
- In-Play
- Bets placed after the match has started, with odds that update as the game progresses.
- Kelly Criterion
- A mathematical formula that calculates the optimal percentage of your bankroll to wager for maximum growth.
- Lay Bet
- A bet that a specific outcome will not happen, typically used in betting exchanges.
- Margin
- The bookmaker’s built-in profit margin, expressed as a percentage, which is included in the odds.
- Matched Betting
- A strategy that uses free bets and promotions to guarantee a profit by covering all possible outcomes.
- Odds
- The likelihood of an outcome expressed as a number, determining how much you can win relative to your stake.
- Over/Under
- A bet on whether the total number of goals in a match will be above or below a set number.
- Parlay
- Another name for an accumulator, where multiple selections are combined and all must win.
- Price Boost
- A promotion that increases the odds on a specific selection, offering higher potential returns.
- Stake
